6 Fully Equipped Workstations

Our commercial kitchen features six dedicated workstations, each designed to handle intensive prep, cooking, and packaging workflows. Makers can book the space that fits their production schedule—by membership or hourly—with the freedom to bring in their own team and processes.

Outfitted with brand-new, industry-standard commercial appliances, the Commissary Kitchen allows entrepreneurs to produce safely, efficiently, and at scale. Equipment includes:

  • Producers can keep ingredients and finished product secure with three types of storage:

    • Flexible storage add-ons make it easy to scale production without sacrificing space.
